If you’ve seen today’s daily edition, you would have read that Intel has called upon the UK government to lay out a plan for the semiconductor industry. This comes with Intel investing billions in mainland Europe with the help of the EU but not from the UK. Should the UK government listen to Intel and focus on semiconductors or do you think this should be something the private sector is to invest in?
