That’s really interesting – I hadn’t considered how different age groups would respond to the service. With car repairs often being sudden and urgent, I think it would be ideal to have more flexibility for consumers.
That’s also a very good point about how it will be used completely differently from Klarna for things like clothes. I also don’t see many customers paying for repairs unless they are absolutely necessary.
I now think the future does look bright for Bumper, especially with the second-hand car market being very strong at the moment and potentially increasing.
